Child Therapy and Play Therapy

Children often express themselves in ways adults find difficult to understand. Play therapy can be a wonderful tool to help children who may struggle with neurodivergence, processing trauma, or other difficult psychological experiences.

Play therapy can help children express themselves freely. It can help them process difficult experiences, develop coping skills, or build self esteem.

Play therapy can be useful for children who experience anxiety, depression, trauma, social challenges, behavioral issues, autism spectrum disorder, or ADHD.

Play therapy may not be appropriate for all children. If you think your child might benefit from play therapy, contact us so we can assess whether this modality is correct for you.
